Mediterránea Beach & Golf Community was created when the former PortAventura was divided into two independent companies.
Its property comprises three golf courses, with a total of 45 holes (Lumine Golf Club) managed by Troon Golf, an international and prestigious golf course management company. The golf courses were designed by Greg Norman and are the first in Spain to obtain the “Audubon International Gold Signature Sanctuary” certificate. The Audubon Society is one of the oldest, most respected and demanding conservation organizations in existence and this award recognizes the environmentally friendly and sustainable integration of the best golf courses in the world.
In addition to these assets, the company owns and has already developed over 600,000 square meters of land for both residential and commercial use, along with a beach club and the exclusive Lumine restaurant on the sea front, offering stunning views of the surrounding natural habitat.
